It is a brand new year at Loving to Learn. This year is a year we link all of history together through the eyes of Arizona. We will study Arizona from ancients to present and investigate as much as we can about our great state.

On this first day we learned what animals we need to watch out for so that we can be safe as we explore.

The C’s of our state are Copper, Cattle, Cotton, Citrus, and Climate. We drew pictures of our state’s important symbols.

Many maps were made.

We also need to understand how maps and globes work.

We also took time to discuss the plant and animal kingdoms before we dive into the specific plants and animals of our area.
